Capture Your Spin accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Monthly Financing is also an option for any items on our website, and depending on the merchant, payments may be collected outside of this store & through their system.
PROCESSING TIME
Processing times for our 360 photo booth’s is approximately 3-5 business days, after you have placed an order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change due to global supply chain issues & shipping carrier issues that are out of our control.
While your order is being processed and delivered we encourage you not to book events during this time until you have confirmation of receiving your booth. Capture Your Spin is not responsible for any missed events that you may have.
After the product has been processed & shipped, delivery time frames can range between 7-14 business days for all shipments. Depending on where you are located, your shipment may arrive 1-3 days earlier than expected, but there is no guarantee. If you file a dispute due to your shipment taking longer than the 7-14 business day time frame stated above or being held, you hereby fully agree and understand your dispute will not be valid nor will suffice to any bank or credit card company due to Capture Your Spin not being responsible for any shipment delays or holds.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, if you are eligible for a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your shipping return will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and advise you have some sort of protection in place.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom fabrication of Capture Your Spin’s Items listed below, refunds & returns will not be accepted.
Items that are non-refundable:
1. 360 Photo Booth Platforms and Cases
2. All Photo Booth Packages
3. All Photo Booth Shells and Cases
In the event that the customer is unavailable for the delivery or refuses delivery and the shipment is subsequently returned or refused, the customer shall bear the costs associated with both initial delivery and the return, along with an additional 30% restocking fee.
Depending on the inquiry, we may provide you the opportunity to return the product or get a refund for the purchased items by contacting us directly. If we or any of our customer care representative team verifies your return or refund request, your payment will be reimbursed via the original payment method within our refund cycle days after a 30% restocking charge is deducted. Such return or refund may be requested within 48 hours after receiving the product, and if we receive your return/refund request after 48 hours, we are not obligated to fulfill your request for a return or refund. In the case of a refund, we will either return your product or refund your payment after deducting our service fees and any applicable taxes. In the event that a product is returned, it must be in new condition and in its original packing, with no damages whatsoever.
Please know, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), as well as certain situations where you won’t be eligible for a return. Any item not in its original packaging, original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Please know if an item was purchased off our website and filed as a dispute for an unauthorized transaction or as a fraudulent charge, for this claim to be valid & true, we require clear proof for any of these types of claims to be valid. The proof we need to receive in order for any of the above claims to be valid range from proof of the customer reaching out to us whether its over the phone on our recorded line or by email in written form stating they did not authorize a charge made on our website. Without an individual reaching out or showing any proof or written or verbal explanation explicitly stating they did not approve a transaction made off our website, their claim will not be valid and all customers hereby fully understand & agree with this policy.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays, from the date it was confirmed.
